For an adjustment, please:

- Please place an order for 1 "Adjustment"

- Complete the order checkout process.  Be sure to enter a valid payment method- some adjustments have a cost associated with them.  Adjustments may have the return shipping cost waived based on the circumstances of the adjustment. (RCS customer service should tell you this information before you place this order.)  Prior to any charge, you will be notified via email.

- In the order comments box: Specificly list the desired adjustment or the issue you are having with the product.  We cannot assist you if no information is provided.  When in doubt- give more informaiton.

- Once the Adjustment order is submitted, you will receive shipping instructions via email. When the item arrives, you will be notified via email and again when it ships back to you.  

- We generally have adjustments turned around in less than a week but that can vary based on the adjustments ahead of yours.
