While our primary endevor is making handgun holsters, we enjoy making custom knife sheaths too.  Here you can order a custom sheath for your blade by selecting from the options.  

Sheaths are the only time our makers get to express an individual style so the overall look of your sheath may vary.  We stick to some simple principles when possible:  Form follows function, our sheaths are built to be functional in the field.  The blade will be fully floated in the sheath meaning it will only make contact with the sheath at the hilt and very tip of the blade.  We provide a drain hole to help keep the blade from rusting in the sheath.  Whenever possible retention will be set to the hilt of the knife in such a way that a full or master grip can be established on the handle before the blade is drawn.  Our sheaths are not for collector blades, they are for working knives.  Our sheaths will most likely damage the finish of your knife although we try to minimize this as much as possible.  Do not come to us with complaints of scratches or damage to the finish of your knife, we will make fun of you...;)

As stated, your project will be assigned to the first available maker.  That maker will make your sheath to his own style.  If you have specific requirements for your sheath that are not covered in the available options, please contact us prior to ordering.  If you like a sheath you've had made in the past, please make a note of the maker's mark in the comments at checkout and we'll see that the same maker works on your current project as he is available.

Once you select the items and place your order you will need to send your knife into us to produce the sheath.  Knives can be sent to:

Make sure to include your order number, contact info and return shipping info with the knife.  All knives are returned with the completed sheath.  We insure all knives up to $500.  If additional insurance is required, please let us know.  Additional insurance may incure additonal shipping costs.  We are not liable for knives lost or damaged in transit.
